Shipping Policy
Most of our products have minimum $100 value purchase to qualify for Free Shipping.
Orders that was shipped can`t be canceled.
Expedited shipping and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other countries will incur an additional charge depending on the circumstances.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses to insure both prompt delivery and to avoid additional charges that may be imposed by Fedex, UPS or the Post Office to make address corrections.
UPS presently charges a flat $11 to make any address corrections which can include corrections to zip codes or the addition of apartment or suite numbers. We must pass this on to you whether you had free shipping on your order or not, and we will make a separate charge to your credit card or bill you for subsequent address corrections we receive from the carriers.
Backordered Items
We do our best to keep a full inventory selection and a current website. However, if an item is out of stock due to high demand and will take longer than 2 days to get in stock, we will email you with the expected ship date. Backordered items may be grouped with in-stock items and shipped together as a complete order. We reserve the right to group orders into as few shipments as possible. Due to the high cost of shipping candles, we do not ship partial orders unless specifically requested
Customer specifically waives the need for signed delivery unless specifically requested.
The method of shipping will be determined by us unless a specific request is received.
NEW Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 on all products.
All orders under $100 we offer flat 8.95 shipping.
We charge flat shipping of $20 on all gift baskets.
Most of our orders ship USPS Priority mail unless a specific request is received
