You may return all unopened and undamaged items purchased at asecretadmirer.com within 30 days (10 days in the case of jewelry) of the order date (See Exceptions Below). You must call for return authorization before shipping any products back. Items received without return authorization are ineligible for full refund. Items received in a damaged or un-saleable condition may be donated or destroyed and are ineligible for refund.

 

Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will equal the actual charged shipping rate or in the case of free shipping promotion a fee equal to 10% of your order (whichever is greater). Gift wrapping and ice-packing are often additional costs that may not be charged on the original invoice but our cost for these items will be deducted from any refund due as a result of the return of the order. Opened items are not eligible for returns.

Credit card charges and the subsequent credit for returned merchandise incur a fee of 6% for American Express and 5% for all other credit cards which we must deduct from your refund. These are our costs for completing and returning payment on your order.

 If the return is due to our error or if the item is proven defective we will pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@asecretadmirer.com for a return shipping label in these cases.

 We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

 Sale items are final and are not eligible for return. Items returned without notification will incur a 10% re-stocking and handling fee as we re-order merchandise to replenish sold inventory.

If the manufacturer does not seal the item with shrink wrap, it may not be returned.

Deemed Eligible Returns beyond 30 days will receive a credit certificate for use at asecretadmirer.com.
